About

Performance marketer. Eight years. Zero fluff.

I care about protecting margin. That means strategy built around GP dollars, not vanity ROAS screenshots or big numbers on a dashboard that don’t translate to the bottom line.

I work best with clients who want to collaborate. The more context I have - costs, margins, constraints, inventory, seasonality - the better the decisions I can make. I value trust, transparency and open communication, and I expect that trust to go both ways.

Harrison Lee

Founder & Performance Lead.

I’ve spent the last eight years working in performance marketing because I like channels where the numbers don’t lie. PPC is honest. Everything is measured, everything is reported, and it’s immediately obvious when something isn’t working or when someone’s bullshitting.

Over my career, I’ve helped grow multiple eight-figure businesses and supported million-dollar trading days. But revenue alone has never been the goal. Growth only matters if your gross profit actually increases. If your ad spend drives sales while eroding margin, that isn’t growth, it’s noise.

Brands I’ve worked with: Kitchen Warehouse, Ted’s Cameras, Luxo Living, Princess Polly, Bardot, Afends, Ginia, Australian Geographic, Icon By Design, Papaya Home, Urban Sales, L3 Home and Lo & Co.

At Talk About Media, I work hands-on across strategy and execution, partnering with brands that value clarity, accountability and performance that actually means something.
